Vous trouverez <a href=\"https:\/\/ufecanada.org\/wp\/2021\/01\/zoom-recette-photos-des-gougeres\/\">ici les photos<\/a> des goug\u00e8res produites lors d&rsquo;un Zoom-recette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>80 gr de beurre<\/li><li>Une tasse d&rsquo;eau froide<\/li><li>Une pinc\u00e9e de sel<\/li><li>125 gr de farine de base (pas de farine tamis\u00e9e)<\/li><li>3\u0153ufs gros \u00e0 moyens ou 4 petits<\/li><li>Une pinc\u00e9e de noix de muscade en poudre (facultatif)<\/li><li>Du poivre moulu<\/li><li>125 gr de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 (pour cette recette, ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence va au parmesan, mais vous pouvez \u00e9galement utiliser le fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 que vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ustensiles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Une grande plaque de cuisson<\/li><li>Une feuille de papier sulfuris\u00e9 (parchemin)<\/li><li>Une poche \u00e0 douille ou deux cuillers de m\u00eame taille<\/li><li>Une casserole<\/li><li>Un fouet \u00e0 main ou une fourchette ou une cuiller en bois de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence au batteur \u00e9lectrique<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Dans la casserole, verser l\u2019eau froide et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition avec le beurre coup\u00e9 en morceaux et le sel. Hors du feu, ajouter toute la farine d\u2019un coup en m\u00e9langeant vivement au fouet. Une fois la farine bien incorpor\u00e9e, remettre le m\u00e9lange sur la plaque encore chaude, ou rallumer \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux, en continuant \u00e0 m\u00e9langer 1 ou 2 minutes pour le faire s\u00e9cher. On doit avoir une masse qui se d\u00e9tache bien des parois de la casserole.<\/li><li>Laisser ti\u00e9dir un peu et incorporer les \u0153ufs un \u00e0 un en m\u00e9langeant bien au fouet, puis le fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 et les \u00e9pices pour obtenir un m\u00e9lange assez \u00e9pais.<\/li><li>\u00c0 l\u2019aide de la poche \u00e0 douille ou des 2 cuillers, faire des petites boules s\u00e9par\u00e9es (environ 30 \u00e0 35mm) sur la plaque de cuisson recouverte du papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/li><li>Enfourner et laisser cuire pendant environ 25 minutes ou plus (sans ouvrir le four) en surveillant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que les goug\u00e8res soient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9es et gonfl\u00e9es.<\/li><li>Arr\u00eater le four et l\u2019entrouvrir quelques minutes avant de d\u00e9fourner pour minimiser le choc thermique et donc la retomb\u00e9e des goug\u00e8res. <\/li><li>Laisser refroidir un peu avant de d\u00e9guster.<\/li><\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La recette permet de r\u00e9aliser entre 30 et 35 goug\u00e8res, suivant leurs tailles.
