Continuer \u00e0 malaxer en \u00e9crasant plusieurs fois avec la paume de la main (c\u2019est ce qu&rsquo;on appelle fraiser) et former une boule.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laisser reposer 30min si vous avez le temps, sinon abaisser sur un plan farin\u00e9 et \u00e9taler dans le plat.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Garniture proven\u00e7ale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>150 gr de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 de votre choix (type emmental)<\/li><li>5 \u0153ufs entiers<\/li><li>Une demi tasse de lait ou 12 cl<\/li><li>55 gr de lardons<\/li><li>Pinc\u00e9e de muscade<\/li><li>Sel et poivre<\/li><li>12 tomates cerises<\/li><li>Herbes de provence. Le m\u00e9lange comprend habituellement sarriette, romarin, thym, origan et basilic. Vous pouvez cr\u00e9er votre propre m\u00e9lange en vous inspirant de cette base<\/li><li>Filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/li><li>Un r\u00e9cipient pour le m\u00e9lange<\/li><li>Un fouet \u00e0 main<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9langer les \u0153ufs au fouet, ajouter le fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9, la pinc\u00e9e de muscade, sel et poivre et la demi tasse de lait. Disposez les lardons sur le fond de tarte (vous pouvez les faire revenir un peu afin d\u2019\u00e9liminer une partie du gras), verser par-dessus les lardons le m\u00e9lange aux \u0153ufs, couper les tomates cerises en 2 et les disposer avec le c\u00f4t\u00e9 graines vers le haut.
