{"id":424,"date":"2021-03-30T17:25:07","date_gmt":"2021-03-30T21:25:07","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ufecanada.org\/wp\/?p=424"},"modified":"2021-04-03T12:37:49","modified_gmt":"2021-04-03T16:37:49","slug":"recette-du-poulet-basquaise","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ufecanada.org\/wp\/2021\/03\/recette-du-poulet-basquaise\/","title":{"rendered":"Recette du poulet basquaise"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La recette est pour 6 personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous trouverez <a href=\"https:\/\/ufecanada.org\/wp\/2021\/03\/zoom-recette-photos-des-poulets-basquaise\/\">ici les photos<\/a> des poulets basquaise produits lors d\u2019un Zoom-recette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients et ustensiles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>un poulet \u00e0 couper en 6 morceaux ou bien les morceaux d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9coup\u00e9s que vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez (blancs, cuisses, pilons etc\u2026pour un go\u00fbt plus \u00e9labor\u00e9 \u00e9viter de n&rsquo;avoir que des blancs, les morceaux avec os apportent de la saveur)<\/li><li>1 kg de tomates mures, \u00e9mond\u00e9es, \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9es, et concass\u00e9es.<\/li><li>3 poivrons, \u00e9p\u00e9pin\u00e9s et coup\u00e9s en lani\u00e8res (n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 varier les couleurs, rouge, vert etc..)<\/li><li>3 oignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s<\/li><li>4 gousses d&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9es<\/li><li>20 cl de vin blanc sec<\/li><li>6 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/li><li>poivre et sel<\/li><li>bouquet de thym frais ou bouquet garni d&rsquo;herbes \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt<\/li><li>pinc\u00e9e de piment d&rsquo;Espelette (on en trouve \u00e0 la Bottega \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du March\u00e9 By) ou de paprika<\/li><li>optionnel : 3 tranches de jambon cru coup\u00e9es en petits morceaux<\/li><li>une sauteuse ou une cocotte (ou les deux)<\/li><li>cuiller en bois<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hacher l&rsquo;oignon et l\u2019ail, \u00e9monder et \u00e9p\u00e9piner les tomates, les couper en morceaux, d\u00e9couper les poivrons en lani\u00e8re.<\/li><li>Faire chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans la cocotte ou la sauteuse. Saler, poivrer, fariner les morceaux de poulet et les faire revenir et dorer de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 (5 min de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9), (ajouter le jambon cru \u00e0 cette \u00e9tape). Une fois dor\u00e9s les sortir . Dans le m\u00eame r\u00e9cipient faire revenir les oignons (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 translucide) et l\u2019ail 5 \u00e0 10 min. <\/li><li>Ajouter les poivrons en lani\u00e8res, faire revenir \u00e0 nouveau 5 min. Ajouter les tomates, le vin blanc, saler, poivrer, ajouter les herbes choisies et laisser mijoter 15 min.<\/li><li>Ajouter les morceaux de poulet sur le dessus, couvrir et laisser cuire \u00e0 feu moyen-doux 30 \u00e0 40 min.<br>Au Pays basque la piperade que nous venons de r\u00e9aliser s&rsquo;accommode de poulet comme aujourd\u2019hui, mais \u00e9galement de thon, et est tout aussi excellente avec des \u0153ufs brouill\u00e9s ou au plat.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Bonne d\u00e9gustation !<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La recette est pour 6 personnes.
